1777cx Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with Us

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "1777cx" refers to the platform, brand, and operating entity providing online sportsbook and casino services at 1777cx.site, together with its affiliates, licensors, and service providers.
• "Platform" means the website, mobile web interface, and any related digital services operated by 1777cx, accessible at https://1777cx.site and its subdomains.
• "Account" means a registered user account created on the 1777cx Platform by an eligible individual in accordance with Clause 4 of these Terms.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who registers an Account or accesses the Platform, whether or not they place a bet or wager.
• "Wallet" means the PKR-denominated balance held within a Player's Account, reflecting available funds for betting and gaming.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any stake placed by a Player on a sports event or casino game outcome through the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other offer made by 1777cx to eligible Players under promotional terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, being the identity and age verification process conducted by 1777cx, including CNIC document verification.
• "Restricted Territories" means jurisdictions from which access to the 1777cx Platform is technically blocked or legally prohibited under the laws applicable to 1777cx's operating licence.

By accessing the 1777cx Platform, clicking any "I Agree" confirmation during registration, or by depositing funds into a 1777cx Wallet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 1777cx. Your acceptance is personal and non-transferable; you may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party.

To register an Account and use the 1777cx Platform, you must:

• Be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) aged 21 years or older at the time of registration.
• Not be a resident of, or currently located in, a Restricted Territory.
• Not be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary account closure request that has not yet expired or been formally reversed by 1777cx.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the law applicable to your place of residence.
• Not be a current employee, director, or close family member of a 1777cx employee, or of any of its technology or game suppliers, in circumstances where such association creates a conflict of interest.

1777cx reserves the right to request age and identity verification documentation at any time, including at the point of registration, at first deposit, or prior to any withdrawal. Refusal to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification.

Each eligible individual may register one Account only on the 1777cx Platform. The existence of multiple accounts held by the same individual, whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or payment details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your:

• Full legal name as it appears on your CNIC;
• Valid Pakistani mobile number for OTP verification and ongoing communications;
• Date of birth (21+ eligibility);
• Accurate city and country of residence.

1777cx reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing reasons. Account approval is not guaranteed and is subject to internal review processes, including but not limited to automated fraud screening.

5.1 Deposits. 1777cx accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL online banking, UBL digital banking, Meezan Bank, and Raast instant payments. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are published on the deposit page within the Platform. Deposits are generally credited to the Wallet instantly or within a few minutes, subject to the processing times of the applicable payment provider.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless changed in accordance with 1777cx's withdrawal procedures. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. First-time withdrawals require completed KYC (CNIC verification) before processing. 1777cx does not charge fees for standard deposit or withdrawal transactions; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5.3 Processing Times. Withdrawal processing timelines vary by account tier: Bronze tier Players receive standard processing (typically within 24 hours on business days); Silver, Gold, and Platinum tier Players receive priority processing, typically within 30–60 minutes during operational hours.

5.4 Suspected Fraud. 1777cx reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation where deposits or Account activity show indicators consistent with fraud, money laundering, payment reversal abuse, or any other prohibited activity. During such investigation, the Account may be suspended and all pending transactions placed on hold.

6.1 Sports Betting. All sports bets placed on the 1777cx Platform are subject to the specific event and market rules published in the sportsbook section at the time the bet is placed. Cricket (including PSL, Test, ODI, and T20 formats), UFC, football, and other available sports each operate under distinct rules regarding settlement, void bets, postponements, and abandonment. Players are responsible for reading applicable market rules before placing a bet.

6.2 Casino Games. All casino games, including EVO Live tables and RNG slots, operate under the individual game rules published by the respective game provider. Published RTP (Return to Player) figures represent theoretical long-run averages based on independent audit data and do not guarantee specific session outcomes. 1777cx does not alter or interfere with the outcome of any certified game.

6.3 Bet Settlement. 1777cx aims to settle all bets in a timely and accurate manner consistent with applicable rules. In the event of a manifest error in odds, market creation, or result settlement, 1777cx reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Winnings derived from obvious errors in odds will not be paid.

6.4 Maximum Winnings. 1777cx may impose maximum payout limits per bet, per event, or per calendar day. These limits are published within the relevant sports or casino section and may be updated from time to time. Winnings that exceed applicable limits may be reduced to the published maximum.

All promotional offers made available by 1777cx are subject to individual promotion terms published alongside each offer. The following general bonus rules apply unless a specific promotion's terms expressly override them:

• Bonus funds are non-withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. The wagering requirement is calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (and, where applicable, the qualifying deposit amount).
• Only real-money bets contribute to wagering requirements unless stated otherwise. Bets placed with bonus funds may contribute at different rates depending on the game category.
• Bonuses are available to one eligible Account per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses constitutes bonus abuse and is prohibited under Clause 8.
• 1777cx reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring commitments made to Players who have already met relevant qualifying criteria.
• Bonus funds expire after the period stated in the relevant promotion terms if the wagering requirement has not been completed within that period.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1777cx Platform. Engaging in any of them constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Collusion: Coordinating bets with other players to manipulate outcomes or gain an unfair advantage over the house or other participants.
• Match-Fixing or Corruption: Placing bets on events in which you have knowledge of, or involvement in, any corrupt arrangement affecting the result.
• Arbitrage Betting at Scale: Systematic exploitation of odds differences across markets in a manner that eliminates risk, where the volume or pattern indicates deliberate exploitation rather than recreational betting.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using false identities, exploiting promotional errors, or any other conduct designed to obtain bonuses without meeting their genuine spirit and conditions.
• Automated Betting Software: Using bots, scripts, AI-assisted wagering tools, or any automated method to place bets or interact with casino games.
• Money Laundering: Using the 1777cx Platform for the purpose of depositing, moving, or withdrawing funds derived from illegal activity, or for the purpose of disguising the origin of such funds.
• Fraud or Payment Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment reversals, chargeback claims, or disputes with your payment provider in bad faith following legitimate gaming losses.

All content on the 1777cx Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, odds data, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 1777cx or its licensed suppliers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content from the 1777cx Platform;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform;
• Scrape, harvest, or extract odds, content, or data from the Platform using automated means;
• Use the 1777cx brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written authorisation.

1777cx collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy, including the collection of CNIC data for KYC purposes, mobile number data for OTP verification and communication, and transactional data for regulatory compliance and fraud prevention.

1777cx does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data sharing is limited to circumstances required by applicable law, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and the operational delivery of Platform services through trusted third-party providers.

1777cx is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. We offer the following responsible gaming tools within every registered Account:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts that 1777cx will enforce at the payment stage.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum loss permitted over a defined period.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive notifications at defined intervals reminding you of time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary cooling-off period (7 days to 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the elected period.

1777cx reserves the right to impose protective restrictions on any Account where internal monitoring identifies patterns consistent with problem gambling behaviour, including but not limited to rapid repeated deposits following losses, erratic session lengths, or direct communication indicating distress.

12.1 By 1777cx. 1777cx reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected;
• The Account is subject to regulatory investigation, law enforcement request, or court order;
• The Player's continued use poses a risk to the operational integrity of the Platform or to other users;
• KYC documentation has not been provided within the required timeframe;
• A jurisdiction determination establishes that the Player is located in a Restricted Territory.

12.2 By You. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting 1777cx support via Live Chat. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable pending bet outcomes and bonus forfeiture where applicable) will be returned to your registered payment method following completed KYC verification.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1777cx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, service interruption, or technical failure.

1777cx's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

1777cx does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, force majeure events, and third-party infrastructure failures may result in temporary unavailability. 1777cx will use reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

1777cx reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, 1777cx will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email to the address on file, or via a prominent in-Platform notification, prior to the changes taking effect. The current effective date will be displayed at the top of this page and within the "Last Updated" notice.

Your continued use of the 1777cx Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account prior to the effective date of the changes.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of the jurisdiction in which 1777cx holds its international online gaming operating licence. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or your use of the 1777cx Platform shall first be submitted to 1777cx's customer support team for informal resolution.

If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 calendar days of a formal written complaint being lodged, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking interim injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.
